  • nCino has agreed to pay $2.19 million to resolve claims of a class of employees who worked for nCino, Live Oak Bank, or Apiture in North Carolina from January 27, 2017 to March 31, 2021.
  • The settlement resolves a class action lawsuit alleging that nCino, Live Oak, and Apiture agreed not to hire, recruit, or poach one another’s employees, in violation of state and federal antitrust laws. It resolves claims against nCino only; the claims against Live Oak and Apiture were resolved in a prior settlement. The settlement is not an admission that nCino is liable for the conduct alleged in the class action lawsuit.
  • Your legal rights are affected whether you act, or don’t act. Read this notice carefully.
